Panoramas

The Panoramas API lets you display spherical panoramas on website pages. You can use panoramas to create a virtual city tour: highlight the landmarks, stroll through neighborhoods, or point out main intersections and road signs. Panoramas are helpful for orientation in an unfamiliar place.

You can use the API to display Yandex panoramas or your own spherical panoramas.

When a panorama is displayed, UI controls are automatically added to it. They allow users to change the zoom or viewing direction on the panorama, enable full-screen mode, and more. In addition, the API offers a set of functions that you can use to control the panorama image at the code level.

Panoramas are added to a page separately from the map, in any block type of DOM element. Panoramas are displayed using Canvas2D or WebGL technology.
